Order confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from ventas@herrashop.com. This means that we have received your order into our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically contact our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is backordered or unavailable, we will rescind pre-authorization and contact you via email. If your items are available for immediate shipping (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and ship the order for shipment.

Order shipping:

If your order is in stock and we process charges to your credit card, it will be shipped within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provided at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, please feel free to follow up with us at sales@herrashop.com

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your items when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should note this when signing for delivery. If your items arrived damaged, please send photos to devoluciones@herrashop.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations and refunds:

All orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to an administration fee of 10% of the total purchase value, whether your order has shipped or not. If your order has been shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the actual return shipping costs. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card you used when placing your order. Confirm your cancellation to us returns@herrashop.com.
